How We Work
Here at LMH Flooring, we place our customers at the heart of all that we do. From your very first contact with us, you can expect to be greeted and guided by a friendly and knowledgeable voice; somebody who wants to bring your flooring vision to life.
The customer journey is important and we want your experience with us to be positive. To enable you to better understand how we work, we would like to take just a few moments to talk you through the LMH Flooring journey.
Initial Contact
When you first make contact with us, we will ask you some questions to better understand your requirements and tailor our service accordingly. We will ask for a brief description of the type of flooring you are seeking e.g., are you looking for a floor that is easy to clean, hardwearing or in a particular style/colour?
If you would like to receive a free, no-obligation estimate for the work discussed, we will book an appointment for a site visit at a mutually convenient time.
The Site Visit
When we meet with you, we will measure your room and show you some samples of flooring options based on the information you provided during your initial phone call. We will never pressure you – this is your flooring project and you will be able to browse the samples at your own pace and will be given time to make those all-important decisions.
We will be on hand to offer our professional advice should you require it.
Your Itemised Estimate
We believe in being completely transparent with our customers and so, following your site visit, you will receive an itemised estimate showing a breakdown of costs the weekend after your appointment.
Giving the “Go Ahead”
Should you choose to go ahead with the work, we will require a 25% deposit to cover the cost of materials. We aim to undertake the agreed work within 3-4 weeks of your deposit payment being made.
